Welcome to the 44th Annual Wanderpokal
Hosted by the Alemania S.C. Vancouver B.C. Canada, May 23rd - 24th 2009
To all 44th Wanderpokal participants:
The Alemania Soccer Club of Vancouver,B.C. Canada, is proud to host the 44th annual Wanderpokal soccer tournament during the 2009 Memorial Day weekend.
As a charter member of this tournament you are invited to participate in one or more of the following four age groups
- Over 35 – Born in or before 1974
- Over 45 – Born in or before 1964
- Over 55 – Born in or before 1954
- Over 60 – Born in or before 1949
The entry fee for this years tournament is the same as last year, 600.00 usd., and must be mailed to Alemania S.C. together with the enclosed entry form by March 31 st. All pertinent information will be e-mailed to the team contacts that are presently on file.
The windup banquet, which will feature good German food with entertainment, dancing and a no-host bar with ticket prices of 40.00 usd for adults and 25.00 usd for children will be held at:

We are still waiting for confirmation on special rates from hotels we have used in the past. They are all located closer to the Alpen Club than the fields since the banquet, registration and managers meetings will all be held at the Alpen Club. The location of the fields is approximately 35 minutes from the club at:

Surrey, B.C.,
Information regarding the hotels will be on the website in a few days together with the rest of the information package.
